The Event Impact Index™ Score

A Data-Informed Approach to Understanding Event Effectiveness

Every event has an impact. The question is whether that impact is intentional, measurable, and aligned with your organization’s goals.

The Event Impact Index™ Score provides organizations with a clear framework to evaluate the strength of their event strategy and identify opportunities to increase value.

Through a comprehensive assessment across three key dimensions — Strategic Alignment, Human Connection, and Business Impact — each event receives an overall Impact Score that reflects its ability to engage audiences, support organizational objectives, and create lasting results.

The result is more than a number. It is a roadmap for creating stronger, more purposeful, and more impactful events.

How The Event Impact Index™ Score Works:

Each event is evaluated across three core pillars, with a total possible score of 100 points. By identifying strengths, uncovering opportunities, and creating a clear path forward, organizations can move from simply hosting events to designing experiences that create lasting impact.

Because the most successful events are not measured by what happens in the room — they are measured by what happens because people were there.
